Things to aviod during pregnancy

Following on from Bear Family's thread I thought it would be a good idea to bring together a list of things to aviod once we fall pregnant.

If you would like to post below, I will make a list in this first post followed by FACT or MYTH.

    dippy/runny eggs
    more than one portion of tuna a week - though this advice has changed throughout my three pregnancies.

    have to agree plenty of other forums for these kind of threads specially pointless if the op isnt even pregnant yet?

    perhaps the op can say were the money saving is to this thread?
