Missing Kaupthing Transactions - Update (Sticky?)

Guys,

I've just been on to ING Direct, I've explained that there are hundreds of people who have seen their accounts reduced to zero and that CHAPS/BACS payments haven't been received - and that they need to update ING and KE websites telling people what is happening with transactions 'in process'

I had a very long conversation, with the nice lady basically saying your money is safe etc etc don't worry etc etc.

But I've said the bottom line is that people want to SEE their money, be it re-credited to KE account or the transactions processed through to their linked bank accounts - but to sit back and do / say nothing about these transactions is not acceptable.

Hopefully I've conveyed the message the best I can.

Edit: Obviously I went to ING because I've given up trying to reach KE.

Thanks for that. Tea and sympathy is all very well but what I would like to know is have KE been blocking the transfers. If only someone could confirm this and if so when would the transfers start to go through.
