Icesave Interest

Good morning to you all. This is my first thread and I would like to start by thanking everyone who contributes to the forum for the helpful advice over the last couple of days over the Icesave debacle.

Just to let you know that I have just checked my Icesave account and noticed that my monthly interest has been credited as normal. I'm totally confused but not going to complain!

I'm not in desperate need for the money straight away as it is long term savings, though I have a great deal of sympathy for everyone who needs the cash now for daily expenses. Hopefully this will give some reassurance that when it is all finally sorted you shouldn't be too much worse off.

It may be worth accessing your accounts again and taking a further print off after interest payments are credited in order that you have proof of the full amounts.

All the best
