Just received an email from them and when I checked my account on-line they have credited me with the last six months of interest. I was worried I wouldn't get it.:j
Here's the email:-
Dear "Gilliana"
Your Fixed Rate Savings Account has now matured. Because we did not hear from you before your maturity date we have placed the matured funds in a new Easy Access Savings Account.
You will be able to view your updated balances and your new account at icesave.co.uk within the next 24 hours. For your convenience, we have kept your existing account number and the way we pay your interest the same. You can check and change these details at any time by logging into your account, selecting view details on the Account Summary table and following the on-screen instructions.
If you want your savings to continue benefiting from a high, guaranteed rate of interest, why not open a new Fixed Rate Savings Account? :rotfl: As an existing customer it only takes a couple of minutes - simply log in to your account and click on the Open a new Fixed Rate Account link.
Thank you for choosing to save with Icesave.:rotfl:
Yours sincerely
