Terms and conditions for Edinburgh Livewire competition

1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over.
2. Entries must be received by 5 January 2009.
3. The winner will be selected at random from all correct entries within 14 days of the closing date.
4. The prize is for one winner plus their three nominated companions.
5. National Express East Coast will provide First Class return train travel for the winner and their three companions from their nearest National Express East Coast calling point to Edinburgh Waverley station.
6. Two nights’ hotel accommodation at Tigerlily Hotel, Edinburgh will be provided.
7. The prize can not be taken on a Saturday night is subject to availability.
8. The tour of Edinburgh with Trike Tours Scotland is by pre-appointment only and is subject to availability.
9. The adjudicator’s decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
10. The prize is not transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
11. National Express East Coast accepts no liability for any losses or injuries suffered in connection with the prize.
