Low internet signal?

Im not sure this relates to the slow internet thread so that why im starting this one,
Since last night my internet was going on/off regularly, im on my laptop in my bedroom through wireless I also play xbox live wireless and have never had any problems.
On my laptop it tells me that i get disconnected then reconnected straight away? My signal strength is usually very good to excellent and above 90% but now it is between poor and low and around 10/20%
Any idea's?

Are you with Be? They were doing a software update yesterday & I had a similar problem.
Regardless of who you're with try turning your wireless modem off & on again.0 -
I found out what it was, my router's antenna thing has broke, tried DIYing it with tape till i can get a new one.0
