Fixed Rate Savings with IceSave

Sorry if this has been posted before but I have a fixed rate savings account with IceSave which I set up four months ago when my daughter was born. I was hoping to put money into it every month so when she turned 18 she could go to uni/travelling, whatever she wanted. In four months the account had 1500 GBP- maybe not a lot to many people but alot me as I'm on maternity leave! I feel physically sick thinking that I might have lost all the money 
IceSave never sent me any statements or proof of how much money was in the account so I have printed it off their website today. I know it's early to be panicking but I am unable to sleep! I set up an account for my daughter with the Halifax and that went 'funny' for a while, but at least I know my savings there are safe! The IceSave website is not allowing withdrawals and I really need to know everything is going to be ok!!
(& I think I'll keep my money under the mattress from now on!!)

lol! I don't know whether that was a sarcastic comment or not, but at least I am able to log into my IceSave account because I wasn't able to earlier on today.0
