No, I actually read it.

I've spent so many years having to read between the lines with descriptions users give that I sometimes tend to overdo it.

"I normally use the fax software included with XP" is a phrase often trotted out by people who have bought something like a Dell and have been using the bundled Winfax Lite or whatever was pre-installed. They think that all the bundled stuff comes with XP.
