My account is locked also, I have been trying to get through to them all morning with no luck, are they still answering the phones?

Just to be fair .. they also said it can take as little as three weeks .. depends on the claim.

I think the govt will want to pay quickly to reassure everyone.

no have the same proble for 3 days account locked doesnt know my details says they are wrong again, i did speak to them and got 4 digits over the phone and they sent me 6 more, but it still dont work

the delay will not cost many payments (which to me im not worried about loosing sure it helps) but considering what we could of lost i will take that deal, i just need acess to some of my funds to pay some importnat stuff, the whole amount i dont need, i wish they could some how take over it and let us have access to it

4-6 months without acess to any of my funds is virtually going to cripple me, but loosing it all would of finished me, so as frustrated as i am not getting acess to my account and delays getting my money back it could of been a whole lot worse
