Help ! Hotmail account been hacked

This has happened to me too. Yesterday at 13:20 this email was sent to all of my address book contacts from my hotmail account-

Happened to me too
It isn't a virus it's a manual hack
Change your hotmail password

This happened to OH too. It was quite scarey at the time. Luckily it was his
email address for junk so we just changed the password and everything is ok
now. It was from some trading company. Pests :rotfl:
