    Command: PORT 192,168,1,2,19,19

You're behind a router, and your ftp client uses your computer's local ip address to request the directory listing.

The ftp server's responding to 192.168.1.2

You need to go into the ftp client settings and tell it to use your external ip address ( http://www.whatismyip.com ) and things should work fine then.

They say it's genetic, they say he can't help it, they say you can catch it - but sometimes you're born with it
