Hi I am moving to a new house and was quoted £70 odd connection fees.Does anyone know of any deals or ways to get it for less. Any help would be great.
Thanks.
Thanks.

Doesn't appear so - http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=57336Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0

I know the feeling !
Im stuck with cable at the moment and wanted to switch to BT but they quoted the £90 fee to get the line switched on. I couldnt believe it I thought they'd be glad to take custom off cable..... obviously not.
Im beginning to think that some plastic cups and string would be a better option than cable !!0
