Have you got an item in your basket ? I picked CD-WOW as my retailer, searched for a dvd, added to basket, then it gives you the option to continue shopping or order, pick the order option which is at the top/first option (may not actually be called "order now" but something along those lines e.g. "place order", "buy now" etc) . At this point it will still be showing the full price.

Once you get to the order screen though, it will show your subtotal including the voucher deduction. You then confirm your order and it will place it for you. There is a user guide to using the service when you first log in case you may be using another retailer, don't know if the method is slightly different. Hope this helps.

i done all this and got thru to put in my pin number and then when i do it's rejected. I'm thinking maybe thias is because my phone isn't on number entry mode. Any ideas how to check this. Its a Sony Ericsson k700i
