Just received my dispatched email for the 3 orders I placed using this code, so thats 3 free DVD's too, I just love Empire :j0

Thanks for this - I have only just discovered this thread, but placed an order that came to just over £20, so used the £10 off + free DVD code, elected to pay by c/c rather than set up an account, and have got my confirmation e-mail. Hopefully it really is that easy!0

Can anyone please tell me: am I correct in assuming that, if I place an order and simply select the 'New Customer, pay by Credit/Debit card option' then I won't actually be setting up an account with them? I don't want a catalogue from them, or an account and credit search, I just want to take the goods and run lol!
I have looked at their T&C's and can't say anything about this - anyone know how they work?0 -

I placed my order on saturday night for a rocking horse and it was in stock at time of order and paid with debit card. I also ordered a pack of batteries to make it over £20 to get the £10 off. It confirmed it on screen with delivery for Wednesday 7th but got no confirmation email. I then rang them on monday and they had no record of the order!!! Anyway today I have received an email informing:
"We are pleased to inform you that the goods shown below are now ready to
be despatched from our warehouse and should be delivered shortly.
Note:-any goods ordered not shown below will be despatched when available.
Please refer to the advice note you will receive shortly or use MY ACCOUNT
for expected delivery times.

No mention of the rocking horse and obviously they did have my order!!! I don't want the batteries as my husband sells them for a living so can get as many as I need, I just wanted the rocking horse!!!
They were in stock when I ordered it on Saturday and also someone on here mentioned that they ordered one on Sunday so why are they now not sending them to everyone???
Hope you receive one if you ordered one, I know I am probably not although very upset as it was my daughter's main christmas pressie!!!
