Hanging Box Picture Frame to Wall

Hi...
this should be basic but I want to attach a couple of wooden box frames to my wall solidly (like you come across in pubs sometimes..at least I have!)..
I've seen them attached via small brass corner brackets on show screwed into the frame & into the wall..sounds easy..
for love nor money can I find somewhere to buy small brass L shaped brackets...any ideas or alternative suggestions?
