hopefully someone can offer advice.

got a leak in the roof over our off shot kitchen. it is a sloped slate roof but ony a 6 sq metre kitchen... shouldn't need any scaffolding as minor job and not too high up with access from windows.

just don't want to over pay with christmas looming
