Mondeo heater problems...

New to this site.
I currently have a 2001 new shape Mondeo Ghia X 2.0 diesel.
This morning the heater would only blow cold air, no matter what temperature I set the climate control too.
The coolant level is fine, the cooling fan cuts in as it should and the temp guage on the dash seems to read normal.
Does anyone have any ideas on what this could be?

This happened to mine today, did you find the prblem and if so please say what it was. Thanks Lacey0 -
Either no fluid in the heater matrix, or a faulty heater control valve. Or if climate control, could be a faulty cabin temperature sensor.0
