Hi!
Its coming up to Halloween and I am looking for a costume. I really have no idea what to go as. I have been looking round all the halloween sites, but think i would prefer something I can make myself.
Anyway, I have one idea which I kinda like, its the cheerleader from heroes. So its simple to make and all bloodied like a halloween costume should be.
But I need a back up just incase, anyway im being hounded to leave the computer so any ideas would be great!

Hello
I got my DD two fabulous outfits from our local charity shop for £5.00 altogether. All our local charity shops have costumes on display now and could be well worth a look!Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0 -
Ooooh - I love making my own costumes, for myself and my niece and nephew.
My favourite handmade one is a spider:- Black cushion, or cover a different colour cushion in black fabric (even better in black faux fur)
- Turn it into a backpack with some strips of material
- 3 pairs of black tights cut into single legs, each filled with padding (screwed up newspaper or something like that)
- Sew the legs to the backpack
- Use 1 more pair of tights to cover your arms as the fourth pair of legs
- Get some ping pong balls and cut in half carefully
- Paint ping pong balls to make eyes and stick to a black hat or headband
