Board clogged up with Icesave/KE threads

Couldn't all these threads be transferred to a sub forum.

It is difficult to follow/find any threads that are not connected with the above.

i though board guides were meant to merge threads on similar topics.

The irony is, this thread clogs it up more.

I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.
  • You took the words right off my keyboard OP!

Whilst I have every sympathy with those involved in 'the Iceland situation', it does seem to have totally taken over.....having a sub-board, even if it is a temp one whilst the crisis is happening, would be a great idea, Moderators...pretty please??

    nzseries1. Yes that is irony.

The other ironic thing is, the board admins on S&I are Isasmurf and Crabman, who never seem to be around nowadays!

To be fair these are kind of unusual circumstances so its not surprising that the board mods have not tried to merge all the threads.

A sub board would still mean that threads need to be shifted there I'm afraid, the team are doing all they can but tbh yet another thread like this really doesn't help.

Threads that are the same can and will be merged but to determine they are the same means they need to be read first. Please bear with all of the team for the next few days at least.

I'm not board guide here but it's a fine balance between merging threads and leaving alone in a moment like this.

once things have calmed down I'm sure some tidying will take place

But could you at least make subboard and move the Iceland threads there? That way if anyone actually has any real problems they can still post and get answered before they go off the page??

Browntoa, thats all and well, but what about the people that want to ask questions about savings which are actually still present? lol.
