I tried opening an account with them, took 2 weeks before they responded requesting further ID details. I gave up in the end with them, sorry I know it doesn't answer your specific question but I just wanted to comment on my limited dealings with themLiquidity is when you look at your investment portfolio and **** your pants0

You should try CLOSING an account with them. For the past 5+ years and despite several letters, I'm still getting quarterly statements "Account Balance £0.00". Total waste of paper, postage, etc.0
