Is this quote from before todays announcement?

We are extremely pleased in this turnaround today , with the government guaranteeing 100% of icesave cash. This has never been stated by the chancellor or any politician previously, and we can only report the situation at any given point.

Darling's just announced in the House that he's guaranteeing the Icesave deposits and freezing the UK assets of Landisbanki until the position is resolved.
