Help with vaccination costs?

My partner and I are feeling the crunch (he is out of work and is signing on for Job Seekers Allowance whilst trying to find another job) but we are rehoming a kitten (already have one adult cat) because our heart strings were pulled and they were stronger than the sensible head!!

Does anyone know of whether we could find any financial help in paying for the vaccinations? We have her insured and hopefully by the time she's ready to be neutered (another 2 month to go) my partner will be in work again and paying for that wont be a problem but we may need help with the vaccines.

Any help would be appreciated xx

I believe the PDSA and RSPCA help for things like this for people on low incomes.

Some of the local Cats Protection League branches are doing free neutering and micro chipping at the moment. I don't know if they help with vaccinations though, but it might be worth asking them.

This is my local branch which isn't *that* far from you http://www.barnsley.cats.org.uk/ but there might be a nearer one.
When I had my loft converted back into a loft, the neighbours came around and scoffed, and called me retro.

Oh superb, thank you very much for your help! Will see what either of those organisations can help us with :)
