What happens to IceSave ISA's?

Given this morning's news that the government is extending its £50,000 guarantee to cover UK IceSave customers, does anyone know what the situation will be with ISA's? Once the money is repaid from the compensation scheme, will I be able to re-invest in another ISA account, or will the money be treated as having come out of an ISA? I was attempting to do a transfer shortly before transactions were suspended by IceSave, so am unclear as to what the status of the money will be when I do finally recover it. I am also curious to know if interest will continue to accrue during the period before the money is repaid.
