Hi,
Just wondered if anyone knows how long a standard sized envelope, sent via airmail, should take to get to Italy? I have a customer complaining that it hasn't arrived yet (I posted it Wednesday!!! ) and I wondered roughly how long it should take, so that i can tell them when to expect it.
Cheers.

normally i would tell any buyer in another country to allow for at least a week especially during the christmas season
i've sent mail to germany in 4 days, australia usually 10 days and even right now stuff going to the states is about 7-10days
i also get stuff from denmark several times a week and that normally only takes 2 days but to be safe i'd suggest at least telling them a week
we can't even get mail through the uk in 3 days, don't know what the italian customer is expecting!founder of Frugal Genius UK (Yahoo Groups)0 -
Thanks HOLsale, that's what I figured, but I thought it best to double check.HOLsale wrote:we can't even get mail through the uk in 3 days, don't know what the italian customer is expecting!
hehehe...Nor me. I think some people just don't get that things take longer to ship internationally, or cost more in other countries, etc.0
