Is my security sufficient??

I am aware of the fact that there are a number of security measures needed to be taken and I just wondered if it wasn't too cheeky to quickly ask on here if you knowledgeable guys think I have sufficient security?

- AVG 8.0 (although Avast seems to be getting better ratings - should I swap?)
- ZA Firewall - I assume it is only the firewall that is set-up - I've had no probs
- Spybot Search and Destroy
- Malwarebytes
- CCleaner
- I also downloaded a free trial of TuneUp 1 Click Maintenance but not sure if I should get rid...
