Fraudsters 'target bank accounts'

When I read that I thought there was gong to be an investigation into the people running the banks - apparently not.
Are the The British Bankers' Association mocking us with this announcement?
"makes the whole system safer for everyone"
That's a bit rich coming from the people who have destroyed peoples saving and caused a financial meltdown isn't it?
What a sick sense of humour those people have, I'd sack the lot of them.
It's the fraudsters *running* the banks most people are worried about!!
