Hoping someone can help me. Every time I try and access www.debenhams.com it is really slow. Eventually when I pick an item of clothing, the drop down box which lists the different size items available - it does not have anything in it.
There is a little yellow triangle at the bottom of the screen that says "error on page ".
I have tried on different PCS (on the same network) and I still cant get it to work. I have tried adding it to a safe site. Im wondering if I need to update or install some software? Ive updated windows and IE. Just seems as though there is something about the pages it doesnt like.
Would be grateful of any help
Thanks:money:

an error on page is not usually down to security settings especially as you can connect to the main debanhams website.
are you still having the problem?
if so can you post a link to a page that you are trying to view, or at least the page from which you are following the sizing link to, and I can see if we get the same problem. It may be the site itselfDon't try to teach a pig to sing - it wastes your time and annoys the pig0 -

Yeah, I still am. Its basically on any and every page with a drop down box. I can navigate thehome page etc quite quickly, its when i click a certain item, eg.
http://www.debenhams.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_10001_10001_60759_680632_-1
The drop down box to pick the size of the item is displayed but nothing in it.
Ive tried installing java beans and things like that but with no luck

I've just tried it with Firefox (can't run IE on my PC) and with active content barred using Noscript I just get an empty drop-down box. If I permit active content it displays fine.
If it's happening on other PCs on the network, perhaps you are on a company network that has a very restrictive firewall between you and the internet?0 -
no its a home PC, perhaps its some setting in the firewall. Not sure how i "Permit Active Content" using IE ? Ive looked in the site settings and cant find anything...
thanks for your help0 -
It works fine on my PC, using IE7, so the site itself is fine.My suggestion and/or advice is my own and it is up to you if you follow it, please check the advice given before acting on it.0
