Icesave - Dutch & Icelanders continuing to withdraw deposits?

Sorry to start another thread but could not find the answer after extensive scanning.
Apparently it is only UK savers being prevented from withdrawing deposits. Is this really true as if it is then surely they will run out of funds pretty soon as I gather the UK hold one third of total deposits in Icesave and that the bank has 63% of deposits available to withdraw as of last week?
Can Lanbanski dip into Icesave accounts or are they wholly seperate entitities accounting wise?
