Elite calls

Elite calls are business only. Don't under any circumstances change to them if you are a residential user. We have a small business and changed to Elite calls and are now paying the price. If you have a dispute with them about charges, they WILL NOT give you a breakdown of charges, and then will cut you off with NO WARNING whatsoever. They will then ransome your business line back. As you can imagine, if you take phone orders using credit or debit cards, you need the phone immediately. You will only be reconnected if you pay. They obviously know this. No phone, no fax, no business. DO NOT CHANGE TO ELITE EVEN IF YOU ARE A BUSINESS. They only gave us a reply of sorts when OFCOM contacted them. DON'T TOUCH ELITE CALLS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED>
