  • Just managed to log on. Reset my password, advised half after supplying some security info and e-mail then other half e-mailed instantly. Used new password and in o.k. Changed to original password during log in process. Very odd!
TisforTesco - you'll have to reset your password as I did - I was locked out too.

Cheers :) I've done it after arranging some jiggery pokery with my email address so that it would forward a copy of all email to my work account just in case the spam filter got it. Back in now :) !!!!!! was that all about?!?!

Yep, same problem. Had to do the same as oldagetraveller in post #11 above. Set password back to my old one too! No idea what they've been up to that causes this, doesn't look like any changes to my accounts.

Logged on OK earlier today and printed out copies of account details. If and when you can get on then suggest people do the same, might be the only evidence!

I was also getting the error message about my details being wrong, but managed to resest the password and then change it back to what it was previously. Thanks to oldagetraveller for suggesting that.
