(unless it genuinely was a problem - which i find difficult to believe since the transaction also went through BarclaycardSecure - which should mean the payment is 100% legit).

just got something for £8 from the hamper section so fingers crossed that it is for that section not just expensive hampers.

My order has been cancelled as well, I rang them and they said "It's to be used for Hampers only that's why the code is HAMP2005, did you not realise". I just said "No"

i bought the red pillowcases last night, which would perfectly match my other john lewis red & black bed things. just checked the order status & it says 'despatched'. when did the rest of you place your orders? maybe mine went through before they realised that people were using the vouchers not as they were intended? i've been having good luck with these things (for a change). 4 of my play.com £5-voucher orders appear to have been posted. still waiting to hear about the other ones (:

it'd be nice if they were honest about it via the cancellation email rather than lying and stating it's because of other reasons.
