GF's sister is looking for a large LCD TV with built in DVD player.
The largest I can find is a 32" at ebuyer . most seem smaller than this

If anyone can help with this, or maybe een a blu ray combi (don't think they do those yet) then that would be great

I would really recommend AGAINST buying one. The quality will NOT be good. Which means the dvd player is prone to failing, which in turn means a waste of money.
If she MUST have one, I wouldnt even know where to begin on finding her a half decent one.:idea:0 -
the tv's with a built in dvd player are normally on small tv's as they are for a bedroom...
if you want large tv, you will get something better if you go for 2 separate items, and even these days, upscaling dvd players are really what you should be looking at, as the player will upscale the quality, for a flat screen

oh yes dont I know it - but she's more worried about a wire going from one to the other than about a combi unit failing
but thanks for your replies. seems myself and you have wasted a bit of time as I told her about the 26" and 32" unit and she now says that they are too big and she is going for a 22" one from Argos..
Typical. all this grumbling about can't find anything bigger than 26" combi . pfft

we have a 32" tv in the living room, which i thought was adequate until i purchased a shiny 40" for my bedroom.. looks stunning in my bedroom (waiting for sky HD and it'll look even more stunning), so tell her to be very very careful about buying a small tv!!!
