100 club help

I am currently on my schools fundrasing committe, we were thinking of setting up a 100 club to raise money for books for the school.

it has been my task to find out if this would affect my gambling, lottery regulations (yes i know i get all the good jobs) problem is that i dont have a clue where to starting looking.

Any help would be most appriciated, if the is in the wrong place then i do appologise.

I think I'd start with your local council: I am fairly sure that that's where you 'register' if you're running a big raffle, ie pre-selling tickets etc.

Hopefully the switchboard will know where to put you through to!

If you are only offering membership within the school, you don't have to register.
