This Company have been fantastic!
I was given £100 in spa vouchers for Eyespa (from a fellow MSE'r Polo_Bint - lovely lady!) and decided to use them now. I searched the website for what I fancied & contacted Eyespa, which is where the excellent customer service came in.
Once I'd identified a Spa, I emailed to check I could have all the treatments as I was pregnant - a lovely lady called Christine Page called me back the very next morning, ensured everything I wanted was available at a spa local to me and booked it all up for me once I confirmed I wanted it. She got the best deal for me and also got it sorted for me to go on the Tuesday (today) - this was booked on Thursday!!!
From start to finish, they showed excellent communication, customer service & personal treatment - I think anyone who wants a spa day should be going through www.eyespa.com!!!
