Question - How to retrieve ISA from ICESave

As luck (or my stupidity) would have it - just last month I transfered my ISA there - only £3K fortunately.
Now I read so many threads here but not able to get the answer - What is the procedure to retrieve the money back from ICESave.
Do we know - or is it being formulated.
More intuition on this would be helpful.

Recession - if you are forced to drink beer at your home.
Depression - if you have no beer to drink at all!
I don't see any of the above - so where is it (recession)?

Should Icesave survive:
1) Decide where you want to transfer your ISA too, and start the process.
2) Withdraw your money as cash as soon as Icesave is restored. You currently lose the money's tax free status forever.
You could start doing (1) now?
Should Icesave not survive:
The FSCS will write to you in due course, with the forms you need to complete.0
