Landline Number for Fast4.net?

Hi - apologies if I'm on the wrong thread here but does anyone have an alternative number to Fast4's premium rate number - there are no alternatives on saynoto0870.

I am trying to cancel my father's dial-up account. Their online facility for cancelling is not in operation and we are being directed to phone this number 0871 424 0185 which it says in their T&Cs cost 60p per minute! I'm absolutely furious about this as he's already had problems receiving his emails and phoned Fast4's Tech Support who didn't help at all. It probably cost him a month's subscription to phone them and I'm damned if he has to phone them again for this :mad:

Any help appreciated!
