I got mine a few days ago. I'd completely forgot, so it was s nice surprise to open the direct line letter expecting [more] junk email, and a £5 M&S voucher dropping out

I got mine yesterday and was suprised the voucher was still in my envelope cause it looked like it had already been opened,but thats kool the voucher was there.0

Same here, don't know why they use poorly glued envelopes on everything, I know they are trying to save money, but they should at least use envelopes that stay stuck.It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc...
