just read this thread and then remembered i had a direct line letter which i hadn't opened yesterday as the envelope just looked like an advert, rushed to find it opened it and inside was a £5 WATERSTONES voucher. This was the offer that i had received in a direct mail from them. OH will be happy as he's a bookworm!
Read your posts and felt sick as i remember tearing in half a direct line branded envelope this morning - thinking junk! After 5 minutes of arguing with myself i decided to rummage through the bin past the remnants of a 5 year olds discarded breakfast. Yes it was there a £5 M&S voucher with just the corner torn off! Sellotaped and now in the voucher jar for Xmas. I will now open ALL mail - lesson learnt!:j Must be honest never thought i would actually receive this so i'm delighted:T

:heartsmil When you find people who not only tolerate your quirks but celebrate them with glad cries of "Me too!" be sure to cherish them. Because these weirdos are your true family.
