My voucher arrived on Friday too!

just read this thread and then remembered i had a direct line letter which i hadn't opened yesterday as the envelope just looked like an advert, rushed to find it opened it and inside was a £5 WATERSTONES voucher. This was the offer that i had received in a direct mail from them. OH will be happy as he's a bookworm!

just rescued what I thought was a junk mail letter from the bin and in it was the £5 voucher.

ooher forgot about that not had one but I allways open junk mail to tear off address bit shred, check no coupons I can use and use as scrap pad by phone before turning into papar briqquettes I use in my garden wood burner

My house burned down in 2007 and I lost everything. Direct Line were fantastic, everything was sorted out quickly and I received payment within a few weeks. I was impressed with their service during what was for me a particularly traumatic time.

Got mine this morning! Just realised i've got to renew my home insurance also soon

Thanks for this. Without this thread, I would have thrown the voucher straight in the bin without even opening the envelope.

I got mine this morning and nearly threw it away as it looks like the usual rubbish, glad i didnt though.
