Have to agree with balancesummer. Had big problems getting Direct Line to sort out a car insurance claim a few years ago.
Was only after getting insurance ombudsman involved that they got finger out and paid up.
Was great to get £5 voucher out of em tho :jNope.... Still cant think of owt interesting to put here.0 -

exactly the same happened to me - i saw direct line on the letter and didn't open it.
about an hour later, it clicked and inside i found my voucher .. nice one 0
