Prestige Pans - Replacement knobs & handles?

I've had a set of these that are now about 15 years old. Somewhere down the line, I lost the large pan and the frying pan. The remainder are bullet proof and I loathe the thought of getting rid of them, but DH hates them because they're not dishwasher safe due to their handles and knobs being made from wood.

Does anyone know where I can get replacement plastic or other dishwasher safe handles and knobs so we can save the pans but ditch the unhelpful parts?

It's probably unlikely that you can get Prestige replacement ones, see this thread. Whether another make would fit is a fairly remote possibility I would think.

Thanks for your reply. And I've read the thread - how frustrating! There must be a market it replacement knobs. Now there's a good business idea in these credit crunch times?
