Icesave ISA

Hi everyone..
Newbe to this site so have patience please!
We have substantial ISA saving with Icesave.
When & if the financial compensation scheme kicks in will we be able to transfer our ISA to another provider retaining our tax free wrapper?
If we accept cash compensation presumably we will lose our ISA status which we have built up over a number years.
Any ideas please.
Many thanks.

Great, at last another new Icesave thread!
Why don't people - even newbies - make an effort to read through what is already there before opening their own thread?0 -
No one knows what will happen yet - keep checking the updated news on the main site http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/savings/safe-savings#iceland and read Martin's blog http://blog.moneysavingexpert.com/2008/10/07/icesave-angry-frustrated-and-upset/0
