Can you sell sex toys on ebay?

Perhaps, but selling fakes is one thing. I don't see what harm it is causing selling brand new sex toys. I bet people would buy them If they came on.
Under UK laws adult sex toys are not deemed to be 'harmful' at all although selling licenses are required for some rated products. However despite laws any company can decide not to sell these items in their shop or under their name and ebay have decided that in the UK no adult items will be allowed under categories including the following:- Any materials clearly designed to sexually arouse the viewer/reader.
- Any items which, because of their nature or because of the item description, appear to be designed for use in sexual/adult activity.
Therefore it doesn't matter who else is selling what, or what the bloke down the pub reckons he is allowed to sell on ebay, if you break the rules and get reported your listings will be pulled and your account possibly suspended.
There are other online sites for adult items so use those, I also don't believe that ebid has such a strict rule about adult items so it might be worth checking them out as well.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. I remember a conversation with my sister about this where she insisted you could buy them on Ebay and I didn't believe her so we looked it up and yes you could buy so obviously you could seel them too but that was in 2005.
I'd suggest doing a search for the item you have to sell and see what comes up if anything.
Or alternatively try listing it and if Ebay tell you to remove it then they can't take a fee off you either and you've lost nowt but your time listing it anyway.
If none of those work, try listing in the local paper, at car boot sale (I sold condoms there, some of the punters ended up being more embarrassed than me in the end! Mine only stemmed from having so many to get rid of!) or wait for a friend's hen do or birthday though just be sure they won't be offended you think they need one! lol

I tried searching for vibrators, there's quite a few there, including some from TRS with '000 fb, so it may depend on how you list them?0
