Does anyone know how long it would likely take to get all your money back from Ice Save?
Also does anyone know how the ISA allocation for 08/09 would work if my Ice save ISA is closed?

No-one knows the answer to either of these questions, I'm afraid.
I have a £10k ISA and hope that it will be transferred rather than closed (if it comes to this), therefore losing you none of the tax benefits (which is the whole point of ISAs). I read on a different thread that transferring was possible last year when Northern Rock was nationalised.0
