Egg money manager

Try as i may,i can't get my Birmingham Midshires a/c to load into the Egg money manager.Same with Saga(both part of the same group,Bank of Scotland).Anyone else having this problem?All other accounts work fine.

Yes, same here (BM and Saga)... and, since the recent upgrade, can't see my B&B accounts either!

In all cases, logging on outside Egg Money Manager works okay.

Check your saved usernames / passwords in egg, sometimes the banks make minor changes that 'break' the egg system

I have a similar problem with not being able to see the balances from my external accounts in money manager, but the list of accounts is also showing an Egg Credit Card when I don't even have one (I only have Egg Money).

I think the new version of the software may have a few bugs.

Can't even put them in in the 1st. place!Just hangs when trying to add them.

Egg replied to my query, stating I should have removed the old version of the software and then added the new one, and to do this I needed to remove all the accounts from Money Manager. Now I can't even send them a message to state this isn't possible as I can't access the accounts to remove them. Their secure message system now seems to be down due to the volume of messages they are receiving.
