US Dollars, is now a good time to buy?

Hi guys, this is my first post so thank you in advance for loioking at my question.

I'll be going to New York before Christmas this year and am thinking about when would be a more profitable time to buy USD. I really wish that I had done 6 months ago, but hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Any ideas? ;)
