Has anyone experience of how long it takes ICICI to close a fixed interest account and transfer the money into your ICICI HiSave account.

The site says one working day. I've tried to open a service request to close my fixed term account prematurely several times today , each time seems to be unsuccessful. Has anyone managed this recently ?0
