Restaurants in Florence...

I recently had some wonderful help, in another thread, in finding a nice hotel in Florence.

I'm now on the lookout for recommendations for restaurants close to the centre (doumo) area.

Has anyone had the perfect Florentine dining experience please? Preferably small and friendly.:beer:

also in the san lorenzo district,at the famous mercado centrale is nerbone (open til 2pm)
and za za (book in summer) on the piazza there-till 11pm (go for set price menu)
