    Another positive thought for today-DH sent me a picture of him and DS playing today and it's so lovely, it made me so happy and put all the recent crap in perspective.
    Wish I could figure out how to post it!

    was tough, but not as tough as I thought it would be...did 4 miles. Bit fast to start with but then I caught my breath and settled into an easy jog...then he made us do sprints and then hills!:eek:

    Eye candy was worth it though!:T
