    Helloo! how are you?!

it's just a few of us to Bunny's house so not a meet as such. i should stop going on about it, in case she gets overrun! I've been looking for hotels as don't want to impose but there aren't any cheap rooms that i can find in local Travel lodges...... (Attendees: bunny, snaggles, sammy, IA and me... i think.)

Are you still going to be down the road too? We will definately have to meet up then....? What are your plans?

afternoon all........just ploughing through........been to work, dinner is on, washing up done. Need to retrieve the car (water board digging a hole at bottom of my driveway when I got back, but they've gone now), get all my containers and prep. my stuff for tonight and re-pack it. Then off out to teach tonight.

Went to Staples to treat myself to a 'tutor trolley' as we call them as I'm lugging 3 large bags and a hugle ringbinder around when I go and although the trolley was full price (£14.99), there is an offer on where it comes with 3 reams of inkjet paper for free, and they scanned through as being £16.95 on their own!!

Very envious of you getting together Maz............I haven't been invited...........sob..........I must have eaten too many pancakes last time.........:rotfl:

Blimey !!! These posts do discuss a wide variety of subjects don't they :D

Back from girly lunch, but had to sit in car outside house for 10 minutes as it was persisting down very very hard. And just as I make a dash for the house, and get in, the sun comes out. Typical !!!

(Land of) Maz - no the swimming pool ain't posh (re post #19). I can remember it being built 35 years ago. Used to be about £2.60 for a swim, but the prices seem to have rocketed after they re-furbished the gym part. Guess they have to pay for it somewhere. But it does for me.

And I still intend to drag myself out to the pool tonite. Adults only swimming is 8.30 - 10.00. Hopefully it won;t be as crowded as it was last thursday. After being early drowned several times and elbowed at least twice by other swimmers, I decided I'd better get out before I hit the next clumsy person (who wasn't really clumsy, they just couldn't be bothered to move over when coming up behind me). I could have made the press for the first reported case of 'pool rage'

Off now, so if I don't catch you later, I'll no doubt drop by at some stage tomorrow.

    Have a good evening all

I've just had an email from the seller on Amazon about the book I got which wasn't new (but advertised as new) and she is going to refund me £7.20 so the book has cost me £9.99. She has given me the option to return for a full refund but I can't get another copy before Friday so I'll keep the one I have. Still a bit disappointed but not much I can do.
